As part of the “Kaunas – European Capital of Culture 2022” program, KTS filmed a unique show on the water
KTS filmed a light, music, and water show in Kaunas, Lithuania on the evening of May 21. This is one of the biggest events in the “Kaunas – European Capital of Culture 2022” program.
Locals and visitors from all over Europe witnessed a never-before-seen music show on the water at the junction of the two rivers, the TV version of which was performed by KTS in collaboration with the creative team of the Lithuanian National Broadcaster LRT. Water, air, rope, and rail were all used for moving camera systems.
Jamala, a Ukrainian singer who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016, kicked off the show. Europe knows and acknowledges the time we live in, as well as the fragile peace that protects European culture.
More than 100 performers took part in the event. Despite the rain, the concert was magical. The audience was buzzing, and the mood was absolutely amazing. The KTS team spent a memorable evening creating an incredible show. For those who were unable to attend, a free recording of the event is available on the LRT website.
